If your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 2 business days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 2 business days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused/unworn and in original condition.

• Must include the original box and any extra bags or accessories.

• No signs of wear or damage should be present.

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not returnable unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, email our Customer Support at fashion.passion00001@gmail.com with:

• Description of the item(s) to be returned

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Attached photos (if applicable)

You must inform us within 2 business days from the date of delivery.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described. Use a trackable delivery method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable unless it’s our error.

• We reserve the right to deny full refunds for worn/damaged items or missing packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item within 2 business days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges/Refund on Flash Sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
